REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Minimum Age

Please note that for all programs including the Intensive English and Intensive French courses, participants must be 18 years of age on their first day at POINT3.

Read, Sign and Send

  • Please complete and sign the Registration/Invoice Form. Please be sure to verify the start and end dates.
  • Please read and sign the Statutory Release (If applicable).
  • Please read the Release and Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.
  • Send forms to fax number (514) 840-7111 or info@point3.com.
  • Once your forms received, we will send you your invoice.

Payment

  • Please send a payment of 20% of the total invoice in order to confirm the registration. This must be sent a minimum of two weeks before the start date of the course.
  • Payment option: Visa, MasterCard, Bank transfer.
  • Please note that US dollar amounts paid for invoices in Canadian dollars will be calculated at the exchange rate in effect the day the payment is received.
  • Please note processing fees of $10 – $30 may apply for bank transfer fees.
  • The remaining balance of the total amount on the invoice must be paid on the first day at POINT3.
  • Please note that administrative fees of $300.00 are non-refundable.

Course Confirmation

  • Once we have received the Registration/Invoice form along with the payment, we will send a written “Letter of Acceptance” confirming the registration.
  • If a Letter of Acceptance is issued and the student is not present on the first day of classes, the non-refundable fees will be charged.
  • Late arrivals or absence during a program are non refundable.
  • All changes must be made in writing and approved by POINT3 Language Center.

Accommodation Confirmation

  • Upon receipt of the Registration/Invoice form and payment, we will send the accommodation information. Special concerns and requests should be indicated on the Accommodation Request Form. Please note we cannot guarantee placements as requested as space is limited.

Medical and Health Insurance

  • All students are required to have accident and health insurance, proof of which must be presented on the first day at POINT3 during orientation.
